Pay: $17–$19 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Production Paint Line Associates with previous manufacturing paint-line experience. Candidates must have experience hanging parts on racks before painting and removing finished parts from the line. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving plastic and metal components.

Responsibilities

Hang plastic and metal parts securely on paint-line racks
Remove painted or powder-coated parts from racks
Prepare, mask, clean, or stage parts for painting
Inspect finished pieces for proper coating and quality
Assist with painting or powder-coating tasks as assigned
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Follow instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements
Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members
Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Requirements

Previous manufacturing paint-line experience is required
Experience hanging and removing parts from a paint-line rack
Powder-coating experience is a plus
Reliable transportation is required
Able to work at a steady, somewhat fast pace
Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-player attitude
Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
Safety-conscious and comfortable wearing safety glasses and other required PPE
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Steel-toe shoes are required
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Must be available for Friday overtime when required

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Shipping Clerks for a fast-paced warehouse operation in the Dallas/Hiram area. Qualified candidates must be comfortable creating bills of lading from scratch and using advanced Microsoft Excel functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple shipping priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Create and process bills of lading (BOLs) from scratch
Prepare shipping documents, labels, packing lists, and related paperwork
Verify shipment quantities, product information, and destination details
Enter and maintain accurate information in shipping and inventory systems
Use Microsoft Excel to create and update shipping reports
Work with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Communicate with carriers, drivers, supervisors, and warehouse employees
Track shipments and resolve documentation discrepancies
Assist with order verification and inventory accuracy
Maintain organized and accurate shipping records
Follow all company safety procedures

Required Qualifications

Previous shipping clerk or warehouse shipping-office experience
Hands-on experience creating BOLs from scratch
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
Strong data-entry and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Steel-toe shoes are required
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are required

Experience operating the following equipment is a plus:

Cherry picker
