CHASE Staffing is seeking experienced Brake Press Operators for upcoming manufacturing opportunities in the Dallas / Hiram / Powder Springs area.

⚠️ THESE ARE NOT ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS.

Candidates MUST have at least 1–2+ years of RECENT, VERIFIABLE Brake Press and metal fabrication experience.3-5+years preferred Resumes must clearly show recent hands-on experience operating and setting up brake press machinery, that is verifiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with:

- Operating Brake Press machinery
- Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs
- Bending and forming sheet metal and/or metal plate
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Measuring and aligning materials accurately
- Performing machine adjustments according to production requirements
- Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Using measuring tools to verify specifications
- Basic manufacturing math
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Performing basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Working safely in a fast-paced metal manufacturing/fabrication environment

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 1–2+ years of RECENT, VERIFIABLE Brake Press experience REQUIRED
✅ Recent metal fabrication/manufacturing experience
✅ Blueprint/drawing reading experience
✅ Strong measuring and basic math skills
✅ Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical manufacturing work throughout the shift
✅ Steel-toe shoes/boots REQUIRED
✅ Background check REQUIRED
✅ Drug screen REQUIRED
✅ Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
✅ Must be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
✅ Must be available for overtime when required

We are specifically seeking experienced operators who can contribute quickly. This is NOT a training or entry-level Brake Press opportunity.
