This week, innovation was front and center at the LCS Community Operations Conference in Des Moines, Iowa as the InnoTank winner was announced during a live, pitch-style competition.

Held in front of more than 500 attendees, this marked the second time LCS has hosted InnoTank, an award-winning event designed to spotlight bold ideas and creative thinking from across the organization.
