We are seeking a Direct Hire Outside Sales Manager to join a growing HVAC company.

The sales representative’s role is to increase sales by growing the customer base and deepening relationships with existing customers. Existing and potential customers include schools, manufacturing, healthcare facilities, food processing, data centers, office buildings and HVAC contractors. A key component of this role is proactive prospecting through cold calling, both over the phone and in-person. This employee will also provide occasional back-up administrative help in the office.

This is a full-time position with salary range of $40,000-$50,000 plus commission. Salary will be decided based on skills/interview. The commission will be calculated as a percentage of gross sales measured against the salary draw. Sales and product training will be provided.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Company-paid indemnity plans (dental, vision, accident, etc.) but not major medical. SIMPLE IRA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling (phone and in-person visits).
