o Biggest thing is being able to take on a project and complete it independently. For example, the building across the street is an office. They are needing renovations done. This project would be something the lead would be able to complete on his own.
• Everything from framing, installation of furniture, , trim work, door installation, and sometimes painting. Finish and rough carpentry.

Job Description:

Will be responsible for reconditioning heat exchange plates. The plates are a thin piece of sheet metal (about the size of a door) with rubber gaskets attached.
Once the sheets reach the warehouse candidates will remove the rubber gaskets either by hand or dipping the sheet in a container full of liquid nitrogen.
Once the gaskets are removed they will clean the plates by power washing them
After the cleaning process they test the plates for any cracks or holes. this consists of spraying the plates down with a material which will identify any defects under a black light. They then will wash and dry this liquid off.
Responsible for gluing the gaskets back onto the plates and transfer them into an oven where the gaskets will adhere to the metal. they then cool the plates off and get them ready for shipment.
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Lift 50 - 75 lbs. consistently
