Our name is being used by scammers — and we want you to know about it.
We've seen a rise in fake job postings and impersonator profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and via unsolicited text messages and emails claiming to represent Roth Staffing Companies—specifically, About Talent. They are not us.

⚠️ Important: Emails from About Talent will only come from the .com domain.

Here's the simplest way to spot the difference — the real us will never:
❌ Ask you to pay a fee, buy gift cards, or cash checks
❌ Ask you to pay for resume, ATS, or LinkedIn profile optimization services
❌ Request your SSN or banking info via text, email, or DMs
❌ Extend job offers through social media
❌ Ask for ID documents before a formal offer is made
❌ Email you from a Gmail or personal email account
❌ Place/offer jobs outside the U.S.

🚩LinkedIn red flags to watch for: non-recruiter titles, personal or Gmail email account, recently created profiles, no post activity, suspicious connections, or poor spelling and grammar. When in doubt, reach out to the market location nearest you to verify or contact us directly.

Across Southern California, our teams came together through our Food for Thought program to support local food banks and help fight hunger in the communities we serve.

Coworkers from our La Jolla and San Diego markets partnered with Feeding San Diego, where they cleaned and packed 3,381 pounds of potatoes to support programs serving local individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.

Meanwhile, coworkers from our Inland Empire team volunteered at the Feeding America Riverside San Bernardino Food Bank, helping sort and organize food for distribution throughout the community.
