Peak Nanny Agency is recruiting an exceptionally organized, proactive and hands-on House Manager for a private family in Denver.

This dynamic role combines complex scheduling, household operations, family assistance, recordkeeping, preventative maintenance coordination and team support. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, creates reliable systems, delegates effectively and follows through until every task is complete.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the master household calendar, staff schedules, PTO and coverage
• Coordinating appointments, children’s activities, transportation and vendors
• Creating preventative and seasonal maintenance systems
• Tracking vehicle records, registrations, passports and important renewals
• Maintaining organized digital files, household records and inventories
• Coordinating repairs and service providers from scheduling through completion
• Delegating appropriately while maintaining accountability
• Providing hands-on household and family assistance as needed

Relevant backgrounds may include house management, family or executive assistance, nanny/family assistance, private service, luxury hospitality, fine dining, private clubs or other high-touch service environments.

Previous private-household experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have significant experience with complex scheduling, organization and administrative coordination.
