$85,000–$120,000/year BOE + Room to Grow
A private family in Jupiter is seeking a warm, experienced OTR/L or COTA to support their sweet 10-year-old daughter with autism.
This is a private family role, not a clinical position — no caseload, billing, evaluations, or documentation. The focus is on building a genuine relationship while supporting independence, life skills, sensory regulation, and carrying over strategies from her therapy and homeschool team.
The family also has an active 4-year-old son. The primary focus is their daughter, though care will occasionally be tag-teamed with mom and dad.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting ADLs, independence, and daily routines
* Reinforcing therapy and educational strategies
* Collaborating with her therapists, teacher, and family
* Transportation to appointments and activities
* Simple meal/snack preparation
* Outings, activities, and occasional travel
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours/week with flexibility for some evenings, weekends, events, and travel.
Qualifications:
* OTR/L or COTA required
* Pediatric/autism experience strongly preferred
* Warm, patient, proactive, and engaging
* Valid driver’s license
* CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
