What You'll Do:

🤝 Recruit, screen, and help onboard great candidates
📲 Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
📋 Assist with onboarding, background checks, and employee records

What We're Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Microsoft Office proficiency
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations

What You'll Do:
🔩 Perform assembly and production tasks
🎯 Help meet daily production and quality goals
🔍 Perform quality checks and follow work instructions
🦺 Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
📋 Complete production records and daily documentation
🧹 Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
💡 Share ideas to help improve safety, quality, and efficiency

What We're Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Basic math skills
✅ Able to communicate effectively in English
✅ Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
✅ Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
✅ Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
✅ Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
✅ Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
