AT3 Professional Staffing Solutions is working with a client in Troy, Alabama, looking for Shift Supervisors to join their team!
Looking for candidates with a military background and leadership experience!
Wash Line and Extrusion Operations, keeping employees safe while optimizing production and keeping equipment fully operable.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1. Directly reports to and follows all instructions given by the Plant Manager.
2. Delegate and assign job tasks in an efficient manner.
3. Ensures all employees complete job tasks as instructed.
4. Visually checks all operations, ensuring all machinery is operating within guidelines.
5. Notifies other departments of any maintenance needed.
6. Completes all required paperwork pertaining to shift duties.
7. Schedules employees to cover the shift needs.
8. Train team members on each job task.
9. Take care of any miscellaneous jobs that may arise.

SCHEDULE:
1. 12 hour rotating shifts. 7-7, Shifts A,B, C, and D
