Davis-Monthan AFB TOP 3 Purpose: To establish and maintain a spirit of camaraderie and esprit de corps and aid in the enhancement of professional development of the enlisted corps.

Objectives:
1. Enhance the welfare and recognition of enlisted personnel.
2. Establish effective networking means of communication with enlisted members to exchange ideas and keep abreast of changing attitudes and advances in management principles, and the status of the SNCO.
3. Support programs that foster and increase understanding of the Profession of Arms. Active general membership is open to

all active duty personnel currently in the Davis-Monthan area, in the pay grade of E-7 (and E-7 selects), E-8, or E-9. Active members are eligible to hold elected positions and are voting members of this organization.
