The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a motivated Inmate Services Specialist to join their team! This role keeps the facility running smoothly by managing inmate property, mail, files, accounts, and assisting with public inquiries.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• 📬 Process incoming/outgoing inmate mail
• 🎒 Maintain inmate property & commissary accounts
• 🗂️ Organize and prepare files for scanning
• 📊 Compile monthly inmate statistics
• 💬 Assist with public inquiries and inmate email system
• 🚐 Coordinate inmate transports
• 💵 Handle accounts receivable tasks
• 📞 Support inmate phone system
• 📝 Process disciplinary reports
• 🤝 Demonstrate PRIDE values in daily work
💡 You’re a great fit if you:
• Have a HS diploma/GED
• Bring 2+ years of administrative experience
