1. You can join the Army with a GED.
2. You can directly commission into the Army with a four year college degree.
3. You can join the Army if you are between the ages of 17 and 42 (stipulations apply after 35).
4. You can join the Army as a single parent (stipulations do apply).
5. You can join the Army as a junior in HS if over 17 with parental consent.
6. You can join the Army with a buddy, go through basic, advanced training and be assigned to the same first duty station.
7. The Army can offer you a job if you meet qualifications. (the only branch that can do this)
8. If you know someone who ever thought about joining and need more information, tell them to hmu.
9. You can get promoted before you even start training.
10. The Army provides opportunities that allow you to reach any goal you set out to make, whether during or after you get out.
11. You can become an Army helicopter pilot right after high school (no need for degree or civilian pilot license).
12. You can get a trades job in the Army (plumber, electrician etc.) without prior experience. The work you do in the Army may count towards apprenticeship and getting a state license.
13.You could join into a specific job at an advanced rank if you already have civilian training/experience. (Stipulations apply)
