May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re proud to spotlight the powerhouse work being done by Brighter Day, a nonprofit reshaping how teens and parents approach mental wellness.
Their mission is to normalize conversations about depression, anxiety, and stress while connecting families with real resources that make a difference. From interactive Teen Talent Showcases to their mental wellness blog and educational newsletters, A Brighter Day meets teens where they already are: online, on stage, and in their communities.
What we love most is their balance of creativity and compassion. Whether it’s helping a teen find their voice or giving parents clarity and confidence in supporting their children, the team champions connection as the path to healing.
Their programs are proof that change starts when someone cares enough to start the conversation - check them out here: https://abrighterday.info/ .
A Brighter Day Charity was founded in memory of Jake Kallen. We’re committed to helping teens understand, protect, and sustain their mental health.
