JUNE IS SAFETY MONTH!

Use the Right Tools, the Right Way:
Never use tools for jobs they weren’t designed for.
Replace dull blades—sharp tools are safer and reduce slips.
Store knives, scissors, and sharp objects properly.

Wear Proper PPE:
Gloves, aprons, and eye protection should be worn as required by the job or client site.

Keep It Clean:
Declutter workstations to eliminate hidden hazards.
Clean up after using tools or unpacking boxes—exposed edges or staples can cause surprise injuries.

Speak Up & Act Fast:
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Encourage associates to report even minor injuries so they can receive first aid and avoid infection.

🚨 We're Hiring: IT Help Desk Specialist (ServiceNow Experience Preferred) 🚨

Do you thrive in a fast-paced support environment and love solving technical problems? We're looking for a **Help Desk Specialist** with hands-on experience using **ServiceNow** or similar ticketing systems to join our growing IT support team.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in **ServiceNow**.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain documentation for common issues and solutions in the knowledge base.

💡 What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in an IT Help Desk or Service Desk role.
- Working knowledge of **ServiceNow** or other ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira, Freshservice).
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, VPNs, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
