💼Onsite Coordinator
📍Location: Kingston, GA

8-10 Hour shifts/Weekends as needed/Shift flexibility/40-60 hours per week
*Job Description: This position involves supervising employees, conducting safety walks, and maintaining communication with client management to ensure excellent service. You’ll recruit personnel based on client needs and be consistently available to employees, clients, and Joinus Careers Management.
*Essential Functions:
-Recruit, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
-Supervise attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
-Ensure a safe work environment through regular safety walks
-Manage timekeeping and maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
-Follow up on workers’ comp and injury events
-Maintain and update the employee database
-Assist in meetings and additional tasks as assigned
*Requirements:
-High School Diploma/GED minimum
-Warehouse/distribution experience (preferred)
-Strong computer skills (Excel and Word proficiency)
-Excellent client relations and communication skills (preferred)
-Bilingual: English/Spanish (required)
-Availability on weekends and holidays (required)
*Job Type: Full-time/Pay: $18.00 per hour/Expected Hours: 40–60 per week
