August was hot, busy, and full of momentum for our team!

Across Questpro and QTEMPS, we completed 25 new placements, helping talented professionals connect with companies ready to grow. Our contract placements included Auto and Workers’ Compensation Adjusters, a Group Health Underwriter, Payment Processors, and a Surplus Lines Tax Specialist.

On the direct hire side, we filled key roles including VP of Operations, EVP of Sales, Strategic Accounts Director on the Life side, Internal Wholesaler, Life Insurance Brokerage Manager, Property Underwriters, Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisors and Adjusters, plus several Account Managers for our retail agency and brokerage clients.

In total, 19 hiring companies welcomed valuable new team members, and we’re grateful for the trust they continue to place in us.

Congratulations to our August Producer of the Month, Jillanna Pomelow!

Jillanna has been staying incredibly busy, connecting our clients with top talent and delivering impressive results. In August, she placed a Vice President of Operations with a national managed care company, a Director of Operations in Texas with an ancillary provider in the workers’ compensation space, and an EVP of Sales with another ancillary provider.

She has already surpassed her Q3 goal, and we’re excited to see what Jillanna accomplishes throughout the remainder of 2026! With several top searches still open and active, there’s plenty more to come.
