⚠️ ATTENTION FORMER WFX / WESTERN FLYER XPRESS LEASE DRIVERS ⚠️

If you ran a lease-purchase truck for Western Flyer Xpress (WFX) or R.W. Timms Leasing anytime between December 7, 2017, and July 19, 2022, listen up!

The massive federal class-action fraud lawsuit (Beissel v. Western Flyer Express LLC, Case No. 4:20-cv-00638-JED-JFJ) regarding the predatory lease program and misleading "bumper-to-bumper" warranty promises was officially settled.

Because truckers move around and change physical addresses constantly, a ton of settlement checks go undelivered or end up at old addresses. If you were driving a lease truck during those dates, you are an officially qualified class member and there might be a check waiting for you.

How to check your status, claim your share, or update your address:

1. Review the Official Case Details: Visit the lead attorney's case portal directly at the Boulter Law WFX Case Page.

2. Contact Lead Counsel Directly: If you need a check reissued or need to see if your name is on the class list, contact the law firm that fought this case for the drivers:

• 📞 Phone: (415) 233-7100

• 📧 Email: [email protected]

Don't let them keep money that belongs in your pocket. Share this post out to any old WFX or IWX drivers you still keep in touch with!

Happy Labor Day to the hardworking men and women who keep America moving. 🇺🇸🚛

While most of the country enjoys a long weekend, countless truckers are still out there putting in the miles and getting the job done.

Today, we salute YOU. Stay safe out there, drivers! 💪
