Golden Ratio Management Corporation | ONT Terminal 4 Flooring Installation – Day 2 ✈️

Progress continues at Ontario International Airport (ONT) as the Golden Ratio Management Corporation team advances the anti-fatigue flooring installation project inside the Terminal 4 CBRA workspace.

The night began with additional flooring preparation activities, including precision sanding and surface conditioning to ensure maximum adhesion and long-term performance of the flooring system. Proper preparation is critical to achieving a durable installation capable of withstanding the demanding operational environment found within airport facilities.

Once preparation was complete, the crew focused on several complex layout areas requiring detailed measurements, custom cuts, and precise fitting around workstations, tables, equipment locations, and access points. The team carefully sequenced the installation to allow maintenance personnel continued access to critical work areas while maintaining project momentum.

Throughout the shift, special attention was given to seam alignment, transition placement, and bond integrity. Every section was inspected to ensure a smooth, uniform, and professional appearance while creating a safe walking surface for personnel operating within the workspace.

The project has now reached approximately 55% completion, a significant milestone that reflects the team's efficiency, planning, and ex*****on. Despite working within an active operational environment, progress continues without disruption to ongoing TSA activities.

Upon completion, the anti-fatigue flooring system will provide numerous benefits, including:
✅ Reduced fatigue for personnel who spend extended periods standing
✅ Improved comfort and ergonomic support
✅ Enhanced slip resistance and workplace safety
✅ Increased durability for high-traffic operational areas
✅ Easier maintenance and long-term performance

The success of this project continues to be
driven by the professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication of the GRMC field team. Their commitment to quality and safety has kept the project on schedule while delivering a high-quality installation that will benefit airport personnel for years to come.

Another outstanding night of progress as Golden Ratio Management Corporation continues supporting critical airport infrastructure improvements.

✈️ Golden Ratio Management Corporation | ONT Terminal 4 – Flooring Installation Day 1 ✈️
Fresh off the successful completion of Terminal 2, the GRMC team wasted no time getting to work in Terminal 4 at Ontario International Airport (ONT) as the next phase of the anti-fatigue flooring installation project officially kicked off.
Day 1 was focused on preparation, precision, and setting the stage for another successful installation. Before flooring could be installed, the crew completed detailed floor preparation and mat sanding activities to ensure proper adhesion and maximize the long-term performance of the flooring system. Every step was performed with attention to detail to deliver a finished product that meets the high standards expected in an active airport environment.
The team also spent considerable time trimming, fitting, and installing transition pieces throughout the workspace. Special focus was placed on doorway areas where smooth transitions are critical for both safety and daily operations. These improvements help reduce potential trip hazards while creating a clean, professional appearance throughout the CBRA workspace.
Working closely with TSA personnel, the crew successfully completed approximately 20% of the flooring installation on Day 1 while maintaining uninterrupted operations within the facility. Through careful planning, communication, and ex*****on, work progressed efficiently without impacting the mission-critical functions occurring around them.
Once complete, the new anti-fatigue flooring system will provide enhanced comfort and ergonomic support for TSA personnel who spend extended periods on their feet each day. The flooring is designed to help reduce fatigue, improve workplace safety, and create a more comfortable environment for the dedicated professionals who keep our nation's transportation systems secure.
A strong start to Terminal 4 and another example of the commitment, craftsmanship, and teamwork that GRMC brings to every project.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) ✈️🔧

The GRMC team recently completed a specialized logistics and rigging operation at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in support of a Leidos Explosive Detection System (EDS) bearing replacement project.
During normal airport operating hours, the team safely received, transported, and rigged the replacement bearing to an elevated mezzanine level where the Leidos technician will perform the bearing replacement on the EDS unit. Due to the location of the equipment and restricted access within the baggage handling system area, careful planning, coordination, and precision ex*****on were required to safely move the bearing into position.
Once the OEM completes the replacement, the GRMC team will return later this week to remove, lower, and properly dispose of the old bearing in accordance with project requirements.

A special shoutout to our rigging partner, A&A Transfer, for their outstanding support, professionalism, and commitment to safety throughout the operation.
We would also like to thank the Leidos Team for trusting GRMC with these critical requirements. We value the opportunity to support your mission and appreciate the confidence placed in our team to execute complex airport logistics and rigging operations safely, efficiently, and without disruption to airport operations.

Another successful project demonstrating the teamwork, expertise, and ex*****on excellence that Golden Ratio Management Corporation brings to airport infrastructure projects nationwide.
