Forklift Driver - Reach Stand Up
Location: Carrollton, TX
1st Shift: $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: $20.00/hour
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will be responsible for moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
Pull and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
Replenish inventory in designated rack locations.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of stand-up reach forklift experience preferred.
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and shipping documents.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
