Dietary Cook needed in Plano

GENERAL PURPOSES:To prepare food in accordance with Patient Diet Specifications, facility procedures, and prescribed dietary and sanitary regulations under the supervision of the Dietary Services Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve food/meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, portion control procedures and facility policies. Must be able to work in a fast pace using ticket orders. Perform routine cleaning of cooking equipment, food preparation area in accordance with policy and procedures, and federal and state guidelines. Assure safe food handling procedures are practiced.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:2 years experience in food service is required.

Certification:Meets local health requirements for food/safety handling as required by regulatory agencies.

Transportation:No Bus line.

Hourly pay rate:$11-12 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule:40+ hours per week (11:30am – 8:00pm) – Must work every other weekend.

Maintenance Technician Needed in North Dallas!

Seeking a general maintenance/repair technician for a facility in North Dallas area.

• Respond to and ensure that work orders are properly completed according to standards.
• Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, to include painting, carpet/floor cleaning, etc.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, including the repair and/or replacement of air conditioning units.
• Perform minor repairs and/or replacements of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include light bulbs, light fixtures, etc.
• Supervise and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
