Responsibilities:
• Weigh and stage raw materials according to production records
• Blend materials following batch instructions and approved procedures
• Record weights, blending times, and production information accurately
• Follow all GMP, safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Complete production documentation and timesheets
• Report equipment issues to maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written procedures and documentation requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Stand/remain upright, walk, kneel, bend, turn, stoop and squat repetitively
• Operate a pallet jack.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience or familiarity with the logistics, shipping, or warehousing industry. This role supports daily shipping and receiving activities while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist warehouse personnel with inbound and outbound shipping documentation
Check drivers in and out of the facility
Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate delivery appointments
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform light office cleaning and general administrative duties
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with strong data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping systems is a plus
Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
