Still smiling from an AMAZING time at the AAGD Trade Show last week! 🏢💥 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by The Phoenix Staffing booth to say hello, chat staffing, and show us some love! ❤️

This was my VERY FIRST experience being on the vendor side of a trade show, and WOW… what a fun experience! 🎉 Getting to connect with so many incredible people in the multifamily industry was such a highlight.

And yes… even in a boot, your staffing superhero showed up! 🦸‍♀️🩺😂 Nothing was keeping us from bringing the energy! 💪✨

It’s only noon in Dallas… ☕️

Beth Skelly and I are already on Starbucks stop #2, finished setting up the trade show booth, grabbed breakfast somewhere in between, survived two meetings, and somehow still have 256 emails waiting for us.

At this point, we’re basically running on caffeine, adrenaline, and questionable optimism. 😂

Living in Dallas means the weather keeps you on your toes… and occasionally in a mild state of confusion 🤠🌪️☀️

Morning: “It’s 60°, this is perfect!”
Afternoon: “Why is it 90°??”
Evening: “Do I hear thunder… or is that just Texas acting up again?”

And let’s talk about wind…
Not a breeze. Not a gust.
Just full-on “hold your hat, your hair, and your sanity” levels of commitment.

Tips for surviving Dallas weather:
✔ Check the forecast… then check it again in 10 minutes
✔ Keep a jacket in your car year-round (yes, even in July—don’t question it)
✔ Sunglasses, umbrella, and flip-flops = standard daily kit
✔ Accept that your outfit may experience all four seasons in one day

And don’t even get comfortable…
