Food & Beverage Staff (Servers, Bartenders, Suite Attendants & Prep Cooks)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Shift Times: Varies by Event
Pay: $13-$15/ HR
Job Descriptions:
• Food Attendants - Ability to serve food in buffet line, set up buffet station as well as clean dining areas, throw away trash, sanitize etc.
• Dishwashers - Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes, and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Prep Cook: Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders.
• Grill Cooks - Preparing food on the grill. Grill cooks typically cook meat, but they may also be responsible for grilling other kinds of foods, like vegetables, depending on the stadium’s menu.
• Suite Attendants - Interact and serve guest while maintaining social distancing practices, high end serving, and guest service skills needed.
• Food Runners - Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to our guests. Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality.
• Bartenders - Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits. Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail. Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner.
