1. Answer all incoming patient/client calls.
2. Take credit card payments over the telephone and posts to patient’s accounts.
3. Set up monthly payment plans on patient accounts.
4. Add or correct insurance registration and files claims accordingly.
5. Update demographics to include address and telephone numbers based on patient’s telephone calls.
6. Document all actions taken on accounts in the system account notes to ensure all prior actions are noted and
understandable by others.
7. Review accounts to resolve discrepancies in account balances and ensure payments are in accordance with the respective contract, appropriate discounts or applicable write-off completed. Including posting any undistributed credits while talking to the patient.
8. Transfer call and/or account to Patient Financial Advocate to resolve complex account issues and escalated patient
calls.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Time & Attendance Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of employee time records in Kronos and PeopleSoft 9.2

Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as government agency regulations

Process time submittals and historical adjustments from Kronos through Oracle PeopleSoft Time and Labor forms

Support communication as needed for changes to deadlines due to holidays or other site operations that may impact deadlines

Track and respond to employee inquiries regarding work and non-work hours submitted through Kronos that impact an employee’s pay

Support managers and other time approvers to ensure timely approvals.

Support new users by providing assistance using the Kronos time system
Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

Coordinating meetings and conferences for supervisor and other staff members.
Maintaining supervisor's calendar by creating appointments, travel arrangements and conferences.
Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; makes copies and faxes documents.
Completes moderately complex projects and reports as requested by supervisor using work processing, spreadsheet or database applications.
Maintains various files and records for operating unit, which may include vacation/sick leave, personnel files etc. and handles confidential and sensitive information in appropriate manner.
