Blueprint Staffing is looking for a motivated, professional sales representative to help grow our construction staffing division throughout the DFW area.
This is a field-based position focused on building relationships, visiting construction jobsites, generating new business, and maintaining client accounts. If you enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities, and being out in the market instead of behind a desk, this could be a great fit.
💰 $50,000 Base Salary
💰 Commission Opportunities
🚗 Car Allowance
📱 Phone Allowance
📅 Flexible Schedule
We don't micromanage. You'll have the freedom to build your own schedule and manage your territory, but you'll also be expected to stay active, maintain client communication, and consistently visit jobsites throughout the week.
