We’re excited to announce the promotion of Sarah Jacob to Director of Business Development and Culture!
Over her seven years with Thomas Edwards Group, Sarah has made a tremendous impact on our firm. She has consistently delivered outstanding results in Business Development, built strong relationships throughout the DFW business community, and represented TEG exceptionally well in the marketplace.
Sarah’s contributions have also extended well beyond Business Development. She has played an important role in our career pathing work, annual employee engagement survey, management leadership program, and numerous other initiatives across the firm.
Her new role also includes a focus on Culture. Before joining TEG, Sarah spent 16 years in HR at KPMG, with experience in career development, coaching, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. She’ll draw on that experience to help us build on TEG’s strong culture and continue making it an exceptional place to work.
