Stefani and Ryan Watson are a powerhouse duo in Saginaw, Texas. They joined us as an Agent Referral from Agent Haley Reyes! Their “why” for joining Farmers Insurance is a true testament! We are so excited to have the Watson Family Agency in D20.

Tylese Ponds also opened her agency September 1st in Arlington, Texas. She took advantage of our fast track to agency ownership program with mentor Necole Curry! She proved that she has what it takes - and we are so proud of all Tylese has accomplished.

I found one of my original Farmers’ name tags from when I started my career 12 years ago as a Marketing Coordinator.

At the time, I had no idea where this career would take me.

Now, I get to help other people start their own journey with Farmers, whether that means building a career in insurance, joining an agency team, or working toward agency ownership.

It’s a full-circle moment I don’t take for granted.

A day in the life of an Associate District Manager…

Today included:

✨ 2 amazing agent meetings in the Keller/Fort Worth area
✨ 3 Phone meetings with current Reserve & Protege Agents
✨An interview with an insurance producer who is ready to open a Farmers® agency of their own
✨ Submitted a background check for an agent referral candidate
✨ Got a text from a new candidate ready to discuss agency ownership…
✨ And just when I thought I’d be able to wrap up the work day 🤪…one more referral for someone out of state, looking to build a residual income business in TEXAS!

This is why I never underestimate the power of one conversation or one introduction.

Some of the strongest agency-owner candidates aren’t actively applying for ownership opportunities. They’re already working in the insurance industry, producing for someone else, and quietly wondering what it would look like to build something of their own. 💥
