• Pull Out- Recycling Containers – Tuesday and Thursday
• Keep Trash Rooms and Trash Chute Rooms Clean and Clear.
• Clear any blockage at all trash chute rooms
• Wash any Spills, in Trash Rooms, Trash Chute Rooms, Parking Garage Floors, Exterior Sidewalks
when necessary.
• Keep exterior grounds free of cobwebs, trash, and debris
• Keep Building one and two entries clear of cobwebs/spiderwebs.
• Keep Building one and two courtyards clear of cobwebs/spiderwebs
• Clean 3 Grills weekly
• Empty all exterior trash containers weekly.
• Empty all pet stations weekly.
• Refill/Stock all pet stations weekly
• Clear any mud or debris from the Trail.
• Keep parking garage one and two clear of tire dust, cobwebs, and all other debris.
• Keep Stairways Clean and Clear, trash, cobwebs, and debris.
• Wipe ALL Exterior Pool and Lounge Furniture on Patio- Remove dust and bugs, weekly.
• Wipe ALL Lounge Furniture on Clubhouse Patio- Remove dust and bugs, weekly
