Imprimis Group is partnering with an established, growing commercial construction company to find a hands-on HR leader who is ready to truly OWN the HR function.
As the company’s HR department of one, you’ll support approximately 100 corporate and field employees and manage a broad scope that includes recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, workers’ comp, leave administration, compliance, performance management, HR reporting, company licensing and administrative operations.
The good news? You’re not walking into chaos. There are established processes, systems and procedures already in place — they need the right person to take the reins, stay ahead of deadlines and continue building strong relationships throughout the organization.

💰 $110K–$115K
Who will thrive here? A proactive, resourceful HR professional who doesn’t need a large team to get things done. Someone who can research an issue, solve a problem, create a process, advise leadership and then turn around and personally help an employee navigate their benefits. Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial or another field-based environment is a plus — but a genuine roll-up-your-sleeves mentality is key.
