We are recruiting Commercial HVAC Mechanics in Central Florida. $65K and up.
Full Job Description
Ideal Candidate will be able to diagnose and perform daily service calls at facilities/plants in central Florida and around the state on, but not limited to; Split Systems, Refrigeration, Air-Cooled Chillers, Water-Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, RTU’s, Compressors, Boilers, etc. Provide maintenance support as necessary to ensure operational objectives are met. This role may require working nights and weekends periodically, following on-call schedule.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of screw compressors, micro compressor control systems, electrical troubleshooting of common types of refrigeration systems, and control alarm systems.
• Industry Experience: 5 years commercial HVAC (Preferred); Refrigeration Experience (Plus).
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, clock-in/out, or other site-specific documentation utilizing CRM Software.
• Work alongside team members to ensure overall success of the business using clear and organized means of communication.
• Travel to job locations as scheduled by Administration or Management’s discretion.
• Identify deficiencies of assets on-site through automated CRM software.
• Photograph, record, and document status of HVAC system BEFORE and AFTER work performed utilizing CRM Software.
• Itemize all materials costs and quantities for invoicing purposes.
• Provide detailed notes and comments using proper workflows for billing efficiency.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals utilizing CRM Software.
Abilities
• Actively participate in all training provided by company and affiliates, minimal meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site, accurate inventory, and clean vehicle.
• Supply your own hand tools, keep log of expenses for work receipts if needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, high elevations, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instruction.
• Valid Driver's License and Work authorization (Required).
• Available to travel up to 25%.
