Looking for a steady job with a solid team in North Akron? Mancan Staffing is hiring a dependable General Laborer for a busy shop that values hard work and attention to detail.

Pay: $17–$20/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What you’ll be doing:
• Grinding and general warehouse duties
• Packaging and assembling products and wires
• Using hand tools to complete daily tasks
• Standing for full shifts while maintaining quality work
• Working with a team to meet production goals
• Following instructions and documenting work accurately

What we’re looking for:
• Previous grinding and hand tool experience
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable with solid attendance
