Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for a FT Quality Director in our Quality Department.
The Quality Director is responsible for the CRH quality program consisting of quality monitoring, infection control and staff education to assure staff are educated in organizational priorities.
The Quality Director is responsible assuring the quality core measure abstraction and the monitoring of quality assurance/performance improvement indicators throughout the organization.
This requires coordination of department monitoring to assure timely reporting to QAPI.
Additionally, the Director is responsible for oversight and coordination of staff education to promote excellence and innovation in the delivery of patient centered care.
In collaboration with senior leaders and department managers, the Quality Department will manage, coordinate and implement staff education.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Nursing
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
4 years of clinical nursing minimum
4 years clinical nursing and 1 year of Quality Improvement experience preferred
Registered Nurse in Texas
BLS required
