Responsible to ensure proper function of machinery/equipment of entire facility, adhering to PM programs, documenting, maintaining and servicing equipment to eliminate the possibility of downtime thereby reducing costs by repairing , where possible, machinery in house. installation of new machinery and updating existing equipment.

skill/experience.
-high school diploma
-minimum experience5 to 10 years in food manufacturing facility preferable.

-report all food safety or quality issue to direct supervisor and QA department.
-maintain a clean, safe working environment always as required with all company GMP's.
