Office Manager/HR
$16.00- $19.00/hr
Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for an Office Manager. This is a full time position that will report to the President of the Company.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for administrative support to the Management team. Implementation of company policies and practices is priority. You will have the responsibility of Document Control Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. General office supervision
2. Control of company documents and files
3. Processing Customer orders
4. ERP software (M1) control and maintenance
5. Human Relations policies and practices
6. Accounts Receivable processing
7. Accounts Payable processing
8. ISO documentation control
9. Software/Hardware Control
10. Maintaining Office Equipment & Supplies
11. Special event planning (birthday, anniversary, holiday)
12. Safety meetings
13. MSDS documentation control
14. Process bi-weekly payroll
15. Maintain employee records.
17. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
16. Continually evaluate department for improvements.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.
21. Practice and support current ISO procedures.

31. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
32. High School diploma or general education certificate (GED)
33. Five years experience in office environment.
34. Proficient in ERP software.
35. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
36. Experience with Microsoft Access.
