Job Summary: The Wraparound Supervisor provides supervision to the Wraparound Care Coordinator and Family Support Specialist delivering High Fidelity Wraparound to youth with complex behavioral health needs. This role focuses on hands-on coaching, skill development, fidelity monitoring, clinical oversight and ensuring Wraparound remains family-driven, youth-guided, strength-based, and culturally responsive.
Minimum Job Requirements:
-Master's degree in social work, counseling, Phsychology, or related behavioral health field
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs
-Experience delivering or supervising High Fidelity Wraparound or similar team-based care coordination model, preferred
-Experience providing Wraparound supervision and clinical oversight, preferred
-Experience implementing evidence-based practices to fidelity, preferred
-Knowledge of Medicaid, child-serving systems and community-based services and supports
-Excellent problem-solving, organization, communication both written and verbal and basic computer skills
-Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
-Pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances
