In June Jason Hunn will be teaching Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 8:30 to 11:30 via WebEx through Madison College Thursday Mornings. 5 sessions (June 2-June 30th). You can send your team and they can attend from their office.

Also, in June on Thursday afternoons I will be teaching Project Management from 12:30-3:30, 5 sessions (June 2nd-June 30th). This course will also be remote through WebEx.

Sign up through Madison College Continuing Education. Class must hit enrollment requirements by May 26th to be held.

Jason Hunn got his assignments for Madison College this summer. All classes will be online, so you take them from your home or office. For those in the Madison area, these and other classes can also be taught onsite, reach out if you have questions.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: Thursdays June 2nd to June 30th from 8:30 to 11:30 AM. This course will also require the completion of online modules and a test. Approximately 15 hours self-paced modules outside of class.

Project Management Skills: Thursdays June 2nd to June 30th from 12:30 to 3:30 PM. This class requires the completion of planning tools for a project (ie charter, Gantt Chart, Work Breakdown Schedule...). Project can be a future plan, but the planning documents will be done and presented.

Performance Feedback: July 14th 12:30 to 4 PM. This is a 1-day seminar meant to help give leaders enhanced skills for providing feedback and developing their team.

Difficult and Crucial Conversations: 5:30-8:30 PM. This is a 1-day seminar focused on how to effectively have difficult conversations, can be both work and non-work related.
