We've adopted the Kaizen philosophy. Kaizen is a Japanese term that means "continuous improvement" or "change for the better." It is a concept and philosophy that originated in Japan and is widely used in business and management practices.

This concept is foundational to help fulfill our "We Build it Better" tagline.

Today we had our monthly All-Team Meeting. The first part of the meeting included shoutouts, kaizen wins, and our Force for Good nominee for the month.

The second part of our meeting for our Personal Growth Training, we discussed "Personal Vision". Such a great topic! You're never too young or too old to aim high and set goals!

Soon, we'll have our monthly All-Team Meeting. The first part of the meeting will update our team on what's coming up, share shoutouts, and have a laugh or two.

The second part of our meeting is for our Personal Growth Training.
Our topic will be on "Perseverance"

This gives everyone on the team a chance to share their thoughts and ideas about how we can all do better together.
