What You’ll Do:
🔹 Conduct and document product complaint investigations
🔹 Perform laboratory testing and experiments
🔹 Analyze data and develop evidence-based conclusions
🔹 Maintain accurate investigation records and technical documentation
🔹 Support product quality and root-cause investigations
🔹 Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
🔹 Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and other teams
🔹 Ensure investigations follow applicable quality and regulatory requirements
🔹 Communicate findings and technical results to team members and leadership
🔹 Work safely in laboratory and controlled manufacturing environments
What They’re Looking For:
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✅ Ability to analyze problems and make evidence-based decisions
✅ Laboratory, engineering, scientific, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of FDA, ISO, GMP, GLP, or medical device regulations is a plus
✅ Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field OR relevant industrial experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field may also qualify depending on experience
