📍 Location: Pacific Junction, IA (Hiring out of our Council Bluffs, IA branch)
💰 Pay: $20.50/hr
🗓️ Shift & Hours:
• First shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday.
• Will transition to Monday – Friday plus scheduled Saturdays as seasonal production demands increase.
• Minimum 40 hours/week, with potential for 40–60 hours/week during peak cycles (January – June).

🔒 Requirements & Qualifications:
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be highly flexible and adaptive to advanced schedule changes and seasonal expectations.
• Must be comfortable working strictly outdoors year-round on river bottom ground (handling heavy mud, dust, ice, and snow).
• Must supply your own safety-toe boots. All other PPE is provided!
• Strictly tobacco-free and smoke-free facility.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This position requires experience operating large, heavy-duty industrial yard forklifts (rough-terrain / all-wheel drive style), not standard indoor warehouse forklifts.

🗓️ Shift & Hours:

💼 Core Responsibilities:
• Operate large, specialized AWD (All-Wheel-Drive) rough-terrain forklifts to transport heavy pallets of materials across the yard.
• Pull finished product off the production line and organize it safely in outdoor storage areas.
• Pick orders, manage yard inventory, and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Perform yard cleanup and housekeeping duties.

🔒 Requirements & Qualifications:
• At minimum, ONE YEAR of heavy-duty, outdoor/rough-terrain forklift experience is strictly required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be comfortable working strictly outdoors year-round on river bottom ground (handling dust, mud, snow, and freezing weather).
• Must supply your own safety-toe boots. Hard hats, reflective vests, glasses, and gloves are fully provided!
• Strictly tobacco-free and smoke-free facility.
