Responsibilities:
Perform repair and maintenance on blast and paint equipment per safety guidelines.
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct routine maintenance, including lubrication and part replacement.
Prepare equipment for rental by testing and calibrating.
Use tools for cutting, welding, and fabricating parts as needed.
Maintain records of repairs, parts, and service history.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and stay updated on industry advancements.
Travel may be required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
Experience with industrial machinery maintenance is a plus.
Proficiency in hand and power tools, with strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and extended standing.
Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations.
