The Role:
In this role, you won't just be "managing a territory"—you'll be growing it. You will:
🔹 Prospect and develop new business through cold calling and networking.
🔹 Strengthen and expand relationships with our existing customer base.
🔹 Use Salesforce to track your wins and manage your pipeline.
🔹 Drive sales through activity-based, performance-driven objectives.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You have 2+ years of B2B outside sales success (Bonus points if you have experience in Industrial, Route, or Construction sales).
Driven: You have a strong desire to earn and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Resilient: You have high EQ, professional polish, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, handheld tech, and CRM systems.
