This project is a commercial install/maintenance. Will be working with EMIT conduit ¾” up to 4”, mounting fixtures, installing electrical systems and performing maintenance on existing equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-MUST have updated resume with references to support experience
-MUST have reliable transportation and 2 valid ID’s
-Ability to read blueprints, run and bend conduit, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing and troubleshooting.
-Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and renovation construction setting
-Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
-Ability to ascend/descend ladder

Provide maintenance, startup new equipment, troubleshoot/ diagnose and repair various commercial/industrial HVAC/R equipment. This work will be performed on Commerical & Industrial sites
Ability/Requirements:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Inspect/troubleshoot/evaluation/ repairs of HVAC equipment
• Document work performed and submitted in a timely manner
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Assist with providing information to quote various repair work
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and repair parts.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain HVAC issues and recommendations of repairs with customers.
• Must be punctual, adhere to the daily schedule and able to handle schedule changes.
• EPA certification (Type I & II) minimum
• Valid drivers license

• Openings for experienced form carpenters who have extensive Symon panel experience
