To my Customers I wanted to provide a good understanding and copy of what I offer for my service services as your cleaner!! I sanitize all equipment in between each house and bring all cleaners needed to take care of your home. You have special flooring concerns please let me know ahead of time. I’m also very conscience of babies and pets within the home.
Basic clean includes dusting of shelves and items upon shelves as long as they are not old breakables or glass objects I do my best to make sure that I dust all things but if there’s something avoided, it was because I was concerned of damage . ABSOLUTELY NO LEGO ITEMS WILL BE DUSTED. Glass cabinets or curio cabinets are only wiped down on the exteriors. I wipe down surfaces within the kitchen on countertops the exterior of fridge dishwashers inside outside the microwave wash out the sink, exterior stove. In the bathrooms, I clean the showers and/or tubs ,the toilets, sinks and countertops, mirrors, and shelves. I wipe down baseboards in the bathroom, All other rooms, receive cleaning of shelves, touchable services and floor.Change small trash(bathroom,office) Also note diabetics please alert me so I’m aware of needles and do not hurt myself)
On a deep clean, I provide all those other services as well as a high dust & low dust, which is your baseboards, wiping of blinds and or windows, any light fixtures above mirrors and sinks,backsplash in kitchen. spot cleaning on walls & exterior of cabinets. In bed rooms, I will make the bed and change sheets if sheets are provided. I asked that they are set in the room visibly shown to be changed.
A move-in or move out it’s a little bit different. Please ask in regards to those types of specials.
While cleaning such as washing a full entire wall or room is a different pricing, please contact me for special pricing.
For inside of cabinetry refrigerators, that will always require extra time also with deep cleans that may be extra time compared to your previous cleans. I do also do laundry but just understand that that would require more time. Please know that all my times are estimated. I do my best to accomplish them in the time frames that I think that I can get this done. If you ever have any questions or concerns Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
I do not use ladders within my cleanings. If my small stepstool does not get to that, I apologize it will not be done if it is too high. I do not clean cat litter boxes, nor do I use my vacuum cleaner to sweep up areas that have cat litter. Same goes for animal f***s I do not clean that up as well.
Also, I do not do the dishes as that is time-consuming in a way that is not profitable for me. If there are dishes in the sink, I will work around them. I’m happy to load a dishwasher, but will not hand wash dishes.
If there is a bug infestation -bed bugs, lice, roaches and I see them in side the home I will leave premises and as for the time there as well as cost for any possible treatment I must use. Also I will require proof before entering home that the home is bug free.
These guidelines are just to help you and I to have an understanding of what I offer to you and what you pay for! Thank you all so much for being a customer.
