Talent of the Week: Juan Gaviria Sr. 🦊

Early isn’t on time, it’s also how you show up. Juan was on shift and already in motion a full 15 minutes before his 7am start, uniform sharp and attitude ready. He shows his agility in anticipating what the day needs before anyone has to ask.

This is the kind of support we promise our clients and the kind of person who delivers it every time.

Order’s in. We’re staffing up for servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, event staff. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a team that actually shows up for you. If that’s what you’re looking for, let’s talk.

Talent of the Week: Lorenzo Webb 🦊

Lorenzo doesn’t wait to be asked. He notices what needs attention and always fixes it before it becomes a problem.

He’s the first to jump in on anything new and is a true representation of accountability and professionalism.

Shift starts in 30. Your server’s door says otherwise.

What’s your plan?

Small bites, but big attention to detail. Here’s our Indianapolis team putting on the final touches for a recent event.

Talent of the Week: Elysa Kennedy 🦊

Elysa is a full-time barista, but when the hotel she works at hit a last minute staffing gap in housekeeping, she didn’t hesitate to step in.

She came in that morning to help cover housekeeping, then still worked her regular barista shift later the same day. Two departments in one day with no complaints.

That’s what it means to be agile, adapting on the fly and going above and beyond to keep the client supported.

Reserved for two. We’re already here, the rest is up to you.

Talent of the Week: Catalina Saa

Catalina doesn’t just show up, she shows out across three different placements, and every client has asked to keep her. She takes last minute calls without hesitation, helps her coworkers, and brings fresh ideas to leadership all while being a top performer in her role.

That’s resourcefulness in action from LGC Talent 🦊

Great Hospitality, Delivered by Great People.

You could wash the dishes at home tonight. Or get paid to wash somebody else’s. Same skill, different paycheck.

We’re hiring across the board - kitchen, front of house, and everywhere in between.

Meet Alexis Lassalle-Mendez. Usually a cook, but always a problem solver. Whatever the moment calls for, Alexis doesn’t hesitate to jump in and do dishes, pick up extra shifts, or do whatever it takes to keep things running.

Pictured here with our Tampa Account Manager, Cameron, who works alongside talent like Alexis every day.
