We are hiring a Part Time Accounting Clerk who will be an integral part of the General Accounting team to prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as necessary.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
• Prepare and input monthly standard journal entries
• Monthly bank reconciliations for several cash accounts
• Calculate and remit rent payments, coordinate CAM research with real estate department
• Assist with Fixed Asset accounting and calculation of depreciation expense using the company fixed asset accounting software.
• Perform various general ledger account reconciliations.
• Record and reconcile all outgoing wire transfers.
• Assist with sales tax calculations, corporate income tax calculations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of associate s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in general accounting, with experience in retail accounting preferred.
• Must be proficient with maintaining and modifying existing Excel spreadsheets.
• Able to understand how the various departments of the company contribute to the flow of financial information into the accounting system. Able to communicate effectively with other departments.

Grove City Warehouse looking for an Import Agent to assist in coordinating shipments. Hours are primarily first shift.

Pay rate is $14.00/hr

Essential Duties:

Preparation of import shipments and distribution of Import Documents
General business support function as assigned

Prepare import shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, shipping, labeling, and distribution of cargo.

Generate delivery orders and shipping labels as needed.

Prepare import documents for distribution to brokerage department and/or Customers’ Broker

Coordinate pick up and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, steamship line and/or bonded facilities in order to obtain necessary information in order to process shipments in the best way.

Filing and data entry.

Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term.
