The Role you will Play

Ensure a smooth administrative function of the marketing and business development department
Lead creation an maintenance of an online brand store
Purchase branded corporate gifts and giveaways
Maintain online directory and professional listings
Produce reports of when and where promotional items were distributed
Maintain inventory of company promotional items
Background Profile:

Expertise in MS Word and Excel
2+ years' experience in professional services marketing, advertising coordination or event planning assistance
Exposure to Adobe design software
Working knowledge of CRM maintenance
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

The Role You Will Play:
You will assist attorneys, other paralegals and firm members with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration work. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other paralegals on all phases of trust and estate administration, to include the following: marshalling, organizing and analyzing asset information; valuation of assets and strategizing allocation to subtrusts; preparation of inventories, asset allocation agreements, asset transfer documents and forms; researching and drafting grant deeds, trust transfer deeds, and supporting documents; drafting probate pleadings, including fiduciary reports/accountings, Spousal Property petitions, etc.; and assisting with Estate and Gift Tax return preparation.

Background Profile:
Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved program is required. 3+ years experience in trust, estate or probate administration in a law firm is preferred. Should have ability to disseminate information from bank, brokerage, and other financial statements. Familiarity with local court rules and procedures is essential. Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Office, and Publisher.

Who you are: You're an experienced legal secretary. You're organized and tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You have outstanding typing, spelling, proofreading and grammatical skills. You pay attention to the details, are a self-starter, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do: You'll support a group of attorneys in the Public Finance Practice Group. You'll conduct legal research, draft and edit correspondence, and will maintain a filing system. You'll assist with time entry and billing, travel reimbursement, and other duties as assigned.

Take a minute before the interview to be sure that the area is clutter-free doesn't have anything that could be considered offensive.
