Indiana's labor market continues to show steady strength. Unemployment has held around 3.2%–3.3%, nonfarm employment is trending upward, and manufacturing added 2,000 jobs in March.

To me, this isn't a crisis market, it's a competitive one. The challenge for employers isn't finding demand, it's attracting and retaining talent when much of the workforce is already employed.
