NOW HIRING: ABRASIVE BLASTER
Location: Columbus, MS
Pay: $16.00 per Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Abrasive Blaster to join our team in Columbus, MS.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly.
Use appropriate abrasives and blasting equipment to prepare surfaces according to job specifications.
Inspect surfaces to ensure quality standards and job requirements are met.
Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of blasting equipment.
Operate auxiliary equipment used in surface preparation processes.
Help manage inventory of abrasive materials and supplies.
Maintain organized and detailed records of work performed and materials used.
Operate lifting equipment such as forklifts and cranes to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Bonus Qualifications:
Previous experience loading and unloading trucks is a plus.
Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or similar equipment is preferred.
