Lisa Mezzatesta has spent more than three decades leading organizational change across ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, and now AI programs.

PSI placed her as change management lead on an enterprise Google Gemini deployment at a Fortune 500 healthcare services company, a rollout reaching more than 24,000 employees.

Most of what determined whether that program worked, she said, had little to do with the technology.

What is change management in an AI rollout?

It is the work that happens around the technology. Mapping how the change lands for each group. Explaining what the tool does and where its limits are. Training people who are starting from very different places. Getting leaders aligned before anyone else is asked to adopt anything.

TechServe Alliance published a recap of its latest CFO roundtable this week. One section is worth the attention of anyone hiring right now.

Finance leaders across the staffing industry described putting AI tools to work on a problem that keeps growing: verifying that candidates are who they claim to be. Fabricated identities. Coached interviews. Profiles engineered to clear a screening rather than perform a job. In one case discussed, the candidate did not exist at all.

Congratulations to our own Monica Zoerner Dominic, named to the 2026 Aspire Women's BIG Book of Business!

Monica is Chief Client Officer and co-owner of PSI. When the opportunity came to step into ownership, she bet on herself and on a company she believed in. That decision helped carry PSI's 30+ year legacy into its next chapter, and it opened doors for the people and clients she serves every day.

On July 26, 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law, a landmark moment for civil rights and workplace inclusion.
