Big news from our corner of Columbus!

Monty Ragland has been named one of Purpose Jobs' Top CEOs to Watch in 2026! This recognition celebrates leaders building purpose-driven companies in emerging tech ecosystems.

TechServe Alliance just published their April Executive Roundtable insights, and a few takeaways resonated with what we're seeing in the field:
→ Volume is up. Conversion isn't keeping pace. Clients are hiring more deliberately — fewer speculative searches, tighter intake criteria.
→ Direct hire is holding strong. Several firms are reporting roughly a 50/50 contract-to-perm split.
→ Candidate fraud is a real operational issue. Verification tools are showing only 40–46% of tested candidates passing. That's a quality problem at the top of the funnel.
→ AI is changing recruiting workflows — but ex*****on matters. The firms getting results have made AI adoption someone's explicit job.

The throughline: the staffing firms winning right now are the ones diversifying client mix, deepening accounts, and investing in senior talent. None of that is new for us — it's been the PSI playbook for 30+ years.
